(no subject)

I really need to find my face-book.  Which is nothing like Facebook, but literally a big, thick book full of people making silly faces.  I find it very difficult to do artwork without it. I'm not completely hopeless at faces. I can recognise an emotion happening on a face when I see it, but I can't really visualise facial expressions on my own. I think there's always a really obvious difference in my artwork when I've gone off of a picture, and when I've just tried to make the emotion happen on my own. Everyone always looks really... cardboard-y if I don't use a reference. Bah.

I just lost, like, three followers. They were there a half hour ago, and then I posted some Megamind doodles, and poof! Gone.

Apparently not all super-villains are created equal. I'm not sure how I feel about this, but I am sort of giggling a little.
