I got this today!
It's going to become a new handbag.
Mama Bear and I went into Jo-Anne Fabrics today and we very nearly gave up and decided to come back later. But there wasn't much of that left, and I've been burned like that before, so we sucked it up and waited in the queue. And then we lucked out and someone gave up and gave us their ticket, which bumped us up about 40 places. And then, I was only going to get a yard each, but the Marvel one wouldn't have had a full yard left over if I did that, so I got the remaining bit at 75% off the sale price. So, basically free.
We're still trying to find the pattern that may or may not be around here. But now that I got a bunch extra, I'll be able to do pockets and stuff as well. So, woo!
Now, I'm going to go attempt to watch Spider-man. After being kept from seeing it in cinema three separate times, we brought it home on DVD. And then halfway through trying to watch it last night, the DVD dicked up. We have now returned it for a new copy. If this one fails, I shall be very, very cross.
